Withdrawal

Return Policy

In compliance with European regulations, we do not offer free return labels. By placing an order on our website, the customer automatically agrees to our policies, including those related to returns.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within this 14-day period and send the items back without undue delay.

Shipping costs for returns are entirely the customer's responsibility. For high-value items (above €75), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HennerOutlet, info@henneroutlet.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You may also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website at info@henneroutlet.com. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g., via email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, all steps in the withdrawal process, including the return of the goods, must be completed within the 14-day period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

What Does Warranty Claim Mean?

A warranty claim means that your product was manufactured or delivered in a defective condition that significantly impairs its use. It explicitly does not cover damages caused by mechanical impacts by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@henneroutlet.com.

Cancellation and Non-Pickup Policy

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the customer does not pick up the package or refuses delivery, we assume no responsibility for the goods, and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the goods are considered lost and non-refundable.

We recommend accepting the package and then contacting our customer service to arrange a return. We will provide you with the return address so that the return process can be carried out correctly according to our policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both agreements constitute an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation in relation to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, provided you have the right to do so.
